Mrs. Jessica L Hill, MSN, FNP-BC, is the proud owner of Chesapeake Family Practice, Inc. and a Family Nurse Practitioner, who resides and practices in the Salisbury, Maryland area. She specializes in providing primary care services to children ages 10 and up, and all adults throughout the lifespan. Jessica obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing from Wor-Wic Community College in 2008. Upon graduation, she gained experience as an RN at PRMC on a medical-surgical floor initially, and then later in the Emergency Department, as well as in home-health at Amedisys. In 2011, Jessica returned to school at Wilmington University where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing as well as her Master's Degree of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner, while continuing to gain hands-on experience providing holistic, compassionate, evidenced-based care. Jessica received her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). 

After graduating Wilmington University, Jessica accepted a position with a large, multi-practitioner practice, providing primary care in Salisbury. During her time there, she gained invaluable experience in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality care to each of her patients. She envisioned opening her own practice to ensure that each one of her patients receive the exceptional quality care she feels they deserve. This vision includes developing a professional relationship with each patient by spending enough time with each individual patient to discuss their health problems and concerns, develop a plan with them, and provide education. 

Jessica continues to work with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers to ensure the needs of her patients are met. She routinely corresponds with multiple hospitals, including, but not limited to, Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Atlantic General Hospital, John Hopkins Hospital, and University of Maryland. Jessica also coordinates with other doctor offices, nurse practitioners, PA’s, and physicians to ensure continuity of care for each of her patients, and to ensure they get the care they deserve. Jessica has been recognized on multiple occasions by her patients and colleagues for her compassion, dedication and leadership.

Jessica is also a certified BioTE provider, since November 2016. Through this certification, she can provide Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, utilizing pellet therapy, which she performs in her office. 

Mrs. Hill is credentialed with numerous insurance companies including Medicare, Medicaid, and majority of commercial insurances such as, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Carefirst, United Health Care, Aetna, and Cigna. Mrs. Brittany A. Stevenson, FNP-BC, is Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in primary care for children ages 10 years through adulthood. she graduated in 2019 from Chamberlain University with her FNP-BC degree after finishing her Associates degree through Wor-Wic Community College and her Bachelor of Science degree from Wilmington University. Brittany has over 5 years of diverse experience working as a Registered Nurse on a Medical-Surgical floor at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. After graduating from Chamberlain University, she joined Chesapeake Family Practice full-time in August 2020 after already completed 600 clinical hours in the office in2019. 

She has the access to correspond with multiple hospitals including but not limited to Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Atlantic General Hospital, John Hopkins Hospital, and University of Maryland. Mrs. Stevenson also coordinates with other doctor offices and physicians to ensure her patients sustain adequate medical management. She comes highly recommended in the area by her patients and colleagues for her compassion, dedication and leadership.

Mrs. Stevenson resides in Salisbury, MD with husband, twins, and hound dog Roscoe.

Dr. Sarah J. Bowden DNP, CRNP, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in primary care for children ages 10 years through adulthood. She obtained her certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2015 from Wor-Wic Community College and began her career working in long-term care with the geriatric population. She completed her Associate Degree in Nursing from Wor-Wic Community College in 2016 and began gaining acute care experience as a registered nurse on a medical-surgical unit at PRMC. After completing her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Wilmington University in 2017, she gained secondary employment working in primary care practice at a private family practice in Cambridge, MD. This is where she realized her true passion of primary health care as she was able to build lasting patient relationships and take the time to provide quality care that each patient deserves. She obtained her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Chamberlain University in 2019 in which she initiated her Nurse Practitioner career in a local weight management and nutrition clinic where she gained valuable knowledge and experience working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team helping patients to reach their weight loss and health goals. While gaining experience as a Nurse Practitioner, she continued her education and completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree from Chatham University in 2020. Sarah’s doctoral focus was on improving recognition of Obstructive Sleep Apnea in primary care practice in which she formulated a proven approach to improve diagnosis and treatment of individuals with this condition. Sarah’s diverse experiences and education have prepared her in her provider role with Chesapeake Family Practice. Sarah resides in Salisbury, MD with her husband, Brooks and their Cavapoo dog, Ruby. 

She has the access to correspond with multiple hospitals including but not limited to Tidal Health/ Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Atlantic General Hospital, John Hopkins Hospital, and University of Maryland. Dr. Bowden also coordinates with other doctor offices and physicians to ensure her patients sustain adequate medical management.
